Delivery is to the
Next Working Day Courier - £3.50

Delivery Method
All items are dispatched by a 'Next Working Day' courier service. Orders placed after 16:30 will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders should be delivered on the next working day after dispatch, although this service is not guaranteed.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
All courier orders must be signed for, if you aren't likely to be home then we can have the package delivered to your work address (you can specify the different delivery address during the checkout). Once the order has been placed the delivery address can't be changed.
Neither ourselves or the courier are able to provide an estimated time of delivery, nor can we call just before delivery.
Faulty Items
Faulty inks or toners will be collected and replaced. You will not be charged for the collection of the faulty item, or delivery of the replacement. For small low value items we may, at our discretion, ask you to post the item to us – in this case we would then refund the postage cost to your debit/credit card.
Incorrectly shipped items
If we have shipped you the wrong item then we will collect it and replace it with the correct item. You will not be charged for the collection of the incorrect item or delivery of the replacement. For small low value items we may, at our discretion, ask you to post the item to us – in this case we would then refund the postage cost to your debit/credit card. Please note this only applies where we have sent you the wrong item (ie. Not the one you ordered), not where you have ordered the wrong item.
Returns & Cancellations
Consumers: Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) consumers can cancel their order by notifying us of their request in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods. During these 7 days the DSR allows consumers to "examine the goods as they would in a shop", however if you break the seals on the retail box and/or the sealed bags containing the ink/toner cartridges then you lose the right to return the items.
Business customers: The DSR does not apply to business transactions, and returns are at our discretion only. Where a return is accepted we will charge a restocking fee of 20%, and the full cost of the original shipping charge.
In all cases you should contact us first to obtain a returns number, goods returned without a valid returns number will be rejected. We will only accept returns where the goods are returned complete, undamaged and unused. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, including adequate insurance cover.
Suitability of Goods
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
We try our best to provide accurate information on our website, but errors can sometimes occur. Customers are advised to make sure they have selected the correct cartridge – The best way to confirm this is to check the devices user manual, or by checking the part code on the cartridge currently in the machine.
